محكم arbitrator

كامل الأهلية full legal capacity

حسن السيرة والسلوك good conduct and reputation

شهادة جامعية a university degree

طرفي التحكيم The two parties to the arbitration

اختيار المحكمين appointment of arbitrators

الطرف الذي يهمه تعجيل التحكيم the party seeking to expedite the arbitration

رئاسة هيئة التحكيم preside over the arbitration tribunal

تشكيل هيئة التحكيم من the arbitration tribunal is composed of

إجراءات اختيار المحكمين he procedures for the appointment of arbitrators

الغير a third party

أداء ما عُهد به إليه perform a function entrusted thereto

بناءً على طلب pursuant to a petition

الإجراء، أو العمل المطلوب the necessary measure or action

ما لم unless

تراعي المحكمة المختصة the competent court shall observe
