اتفاق التحكيم Arbitration Agreement

هيئة التحكيم Arbitration Tribunal

المحكمة المختصة Competent Court

مع عدم الإخلال Without prejudice to

أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية the provisions of Sharia

الاتفاقيات الدولية international conventions

طبيعة العلاقة النظامية the nature of the legal relationship

النزاع the dispute

تحكيم تجاري دولي an international commercial arbitration

لا تسري أحكام هذا النظام this Law shall not apply

المنازعات المتعلقة بالأحوال الشخصية   family-related disputes

المسائل التي لا يجوز فيها الصلح matters not subject to reconciliation

التجارة الدولية international commerce

 المركز الرئيس the head office

محل الإقامة place of residence

وقت إبرام اتفاق التحكيم the time of conclusion of the arbitration agreement

مكان إجراء التحكيم The venue of arbitration

الالتزامات الناشئة من العلاقة التجارية the obligations arising from the commercial relationship

المكان الأكثر ارتباطاً بموضوع النزاع The place most connected to the subject matter of the dispute.

اللجوء إلى منظمة resort to an organization

هيئة تحكيم دائمة standing arbitration tribunal

مركز تحكيم arbitration center

 موضوع النزاع the subject matter of the dispute

يشمل covered

الإجراء الواجب الاتباع the procedure to be followed

اختيار choose

مسألة معينة a certain issue

الترخيص للغير authorize a third party

فرد individual

في الخارج   abroad

إخضاع العلاقة subject the relationship

وثيقة document

عقد نموذجي model contract

اتفاقية دولية   international convention

 بما لا يخالف is not in conflict with

الإبلاغات notifications

إذا لم يكن هناك اتفاق Unless otherwise agreed

ينوب عنه   his designee

العقد محل المنازعة the contract subject of the dispute

مشارطة التحكيم the arbitration agreement

تعذر تسليم الإبلاغ the written notice cannot be delivered

مقر عمل place of business

محل إقامة معتاد habitual residence

لا تسري shall not apply

الإبلاغات القضائية judicial notifications

بطلان حكم التحكيم nullification of the arbitration award

إجراءات التحكيم arbitration procedures

مخالفة violation

شرط في اتفاق التحكيم term in the arbitration agreement

الميعاد المتفق عليه the agreed upon period

عد ذلك تنازلاً   this shall be deemed a waiver

الحق في الاعتراض right to object

محكمة الاستئناف المختصة أصلاً بنظر النزاع the court of appeal originally deciding the dispute
