القيام بالصيانة اللازمة shall carry out necessary maintenance

لمنع إلحاق الضرر بالعقار المشترك to prevent any damage to the jointly-owned real estate

حفظاً لسلامة العقار المشترك to maintain the integrity of the jointly-owned real estate

ولا يتحمل مالكها أي تكاليف ناشئة عن ذلك its owner shall not incur any costs arising therefrom

وفق معايير تحددها اللائحة according to standards set by the Regulations

تضرراً جزئي partially damaged

فعلى المالك إصلاح the owners must repair

انهدم العقار the real estate collapses

تقرر الجمعية العامة the general assembly shall take any action

ما تراه it deems necessary

وفي حال الاختلاف In case of disagreement

يرفع الأمر إلى المحكمة المختصة the matter shall be referred to the competent court

لا يجوز إجراء أي تغير No modification may be made

في الشكل الخارجي للعقار the exterior of the real estate

إلا بموافقة الجمعية العامة the approval of the general assembly

زيادة في قيمة العقار increase the value of the real estate

على نفقة من يطلبه من الملاك at the expense of the requesting owners

بما تضعه الجمعية من شروط the conditions set by the association

لمصلحة الملاك for the benefit of the owners

يقترح مجلس إدارة الهيئة The Authority’s board of directors shall propose

وزير الإسكان the Minister of Municipal

يحل النظام محل نظام This Law shall supersede the Law of

الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي issued pursuant to Royal Decree

يلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام shall repeal any provisions conflicting therewith

يعمل بالنظام بعد (مائة وثمانين) يوماً من This Law shall enter into force 180 days from

تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
