القواعد النافذة the enforced rules

مع مراعاة أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية not in conflict with the provisions of Sharia

طلب التحكيم a request for arbitration

يعامل طرفا التحكيم على قدم المساواة The two parties to arbitration shall be treated equally

الفرصة الكاملة والمتكافئة a full and equal opportunity

عرض دعواه أو دفاعه present his case or defense

 الاتفاق على مكان التحكيم agree on the venue of arbitration

ظروف الدعوى the circumstances of the case

ملاءمة المكان the convenience of the venue

سلطة هيئة التحكيم the power of the arbitration tribunal

لا يخل shall not prejudice

المداولة deliberation

سماع أقوال الشهود hearing of witnesses

الخبراء experts

طرفي النزاع the parties to the dispute

معاينة محل النزاع inspection of the subject matter of the dispute

فحص المستندات examination of documents

المذكرات المكتوبة the written statements and notes

المرافعات الشفهية oral arguments

رسالة message

الميعاد المتفق عليه the period of time agreed

المدعى عليه the defendant

وقائع الدعوى the facts of the claim

طلبات demands

أسانيد evidence

المدعي plaintiff

جواب مكتوب a written statement

دفاع defense

بيان الدعوى the statement of claim
