الإرث  inheritance

الرهن pledge

المنح  granting

عقود الإيجار lease contracts

الالتزامات الموثقة نظاما legally attested obligations

 منفعة العقار usufruct of real estate

نافذة enforceable

طلب بصفة مستعجلة an urgent petition

لمحو التأشير to remove the notation

دعوى frivolous claim

الشفعة في السجل العقاري first refusal to acquire a real estate

الشفيع first refusal

مع مراعاة ما ورد في الفقرة (1) Subject to paragraph (1)

التصرفات dispositions

يتظلم appeal

 البت في التظلم decide such appeal

الجهات المعنية he authorities in charge

رخص متعلقة بالعقارات واستعمالاتها icenses relating to real estate and the utilization thereof

إنشاء construction

إضافة مبان addition of new buildings

تعديلها modification

إزالة  demolition of existing

صاحب حق الانتفاع على العقار   A usufructuary of a real estate

 دون إذن  without the permission

ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك  unless agreed otherwise

وحدة عقارية A real estate unit

عقار مشترك ointly-owned real estate

وثائق الملكية المشتركة   The joint ownership documents

تحددها اللائحة  specified by the Regulations
